Operations Manager

Valentina Sala brings a wealth of international experience in administration and human resources. After studying Mathematics at the University of Milan, she began her career as an Administration Manager, a role she held for four years before embarking on a new professional chapter abroad.
She spent over a decade in Madagascar, working at a prestigious international resort where she rose to the position of Deputy Hotel Manager. In this role, she oversaw HR operations for a workforce of over 600 employees from four continents and also led the Events & Banqueting department, gaining extensive experience in multicultural team management and large-scale hospitality operations.
Fluent in four languages, Valentina joined Bor Productions in 2020. Since then, she has been instrumental in managing company operations, human resources, immigration processes, travel logistics, and general administration, becoming a key pillar of the company’s organizational structure.
