Valentina Maccarone is a senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience in international and multicultural environments. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
Early in her career, Valentina worked on cruise ships in various roles within the entertainment department, gaining firsthand insight into the dynamics of onboard operations. She later developed deep expertise in Global Mobility and Reward, working for Indesit Company S.p.A. and Whirlpool EMEA across both global and regional hubs. In these roles, she coordinated complex HR processes and managed a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at an international level.
One of her key achievements was leading a two-year integration project focused on Global Mobility processes and policies following a regional merger and acquisition.
Before joining Bor Productions in 2023, Valentina held an HR Generalist role at Ford Italy. She now brings her extensive knowledge and strategic perspective to the team and continues to play an integral role in the company's development.
