Creative Director

Steven Bor is a London-based Creative Director/Producer with over 20 years’ experience in live entertainment. As Creative Director of Bor Productions, he leads the company’s artistic vision- developing and directing theatre shows for international cruise lines and beyond.

After training at ArtsEd London, Steven began his career performing in West End productions (Hairspray, Million Dollar Quartet, Fiddler on the Roof) and on global cruise stages. He has worked with a wide range of cruise brands, including P&O, Costa, Celebrity, Seabourn, Regent Seven Seas, Princess, Holland America, and NCL. His transition from performer to creative producer has been marked by a passion for storytelling, music, and world-class entertainment design.

Steven has created many of Bor Productions’ newest shows and artistically oversees entertainment across eight MSC Cruises ships, consistently ranking among the top-rated shows. His expertise spans concept creation, music editing, casting, image design, and brand development.
Major achievements include securing contracts for the flagship, MSC Euribia and co-creating The Snow Gorilla, a musical-circus spectacle at the Rose Theatre in Kingston Upon Thames, UK.
In 2025, he joined Giffords Circus as Associate Director for Laguna Bay, working alongside comedy director Cal McCrystal to shape one of the UK’s most beloved touring shows.

Steven continues to collaborate with leading talent across theatre, circus, and music, bringing bold ideas to life with energy, flair, and a deep respect for the audience experience.
