Founder & Senior Director

Steve Bor is the Founder & Senior Director of Bor Productions, the international live entertainment company he founded with his wife Kim in 1986.

Born into a Hungarian showbusiness family, Steve began performing from an early age and travelled extensively with his own speciality act, appearing at venues including the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas, the Folies Bergère in Paris, the London Palladium, Sun City in South Africa and Conrad Jupiters in Australia.

Steve met Kim while they were both performing at London’s Talk of the Town, where Kim was Dance Captain. Sharing an ambition to create and produce shows of their own, they married and founded Bor Productions in 1986.

Over the following decades, Steve helped grow Bor from a family production company into an international entertainment business, creating and managing productions across cruise ships, theatres, cabarets and live venues around the world.

Following Kim’s passing in 2015, Steve continued to lead the company and remains closely involved in its creative work today. As Founder & Senior Director, he brings more than four decades of production experience to the development of new concepts, productions and the ongoing artistic direction of Bor Producitons' work.
