MAURO BERTOLINO
Pianist
Born in Turin, Mauro Bertolino earned his piano diploma from the G. Verdi Conservatory. He later refined his technique through advanced studies in Madrid, Saint Petersburg, and London, training with renowned musicians such as François-Joël Thiollier, Mikhail Pletnev, and Jacques Loussier.
From 1996 to 2001, he collaborated with the RAI Symphony Orchestra, performing on numerous international tours across Europe, America, and Asia. During this time, he played under the baton of esteemed conductors, including Claudio Abbado, Riccardo Muti, and Lorin Maazel.
In addition to his work as a pianist, Bertolino has composed soundtracks for television programs and has performed in some of Italy’s most prestigious theatres.
He is currently working on a new album featuring original interpretations of classical masterpieces.
His signature show, Forbidden Colours, is a musical journey that transcends space and time, exploring worlds beyond the boundaries of the known.
